The Head of the Training Centre is Tatiana Mayatskaya, the Director of Research Centre “Cosmetology”, the Director of Certification Centre for perfumery-cosmetic products and services “Cosmetic-Test”, the President of perfumery-cosmetic Chamber "Quality", the Science Editor of “Kosmetik international” magazine, Candidate of Medical Science, dermatologist and cosmetician.
